As part of our staff retreat in September 2015, Colorado Water Trust met with employees of the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District at Stagecoach Reservoir and Catamount Metropolitan District at Lake Catamount. These project partners gave us a tour of their operations and explained their roles in making our 2015 lease successful to add water to the Yampa River during low flow conditions.
